*support various business units within the bank in corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with third-party vendors and service providers, reviewing and drafting terms and conditions for the bank’s products and services, and providing general legal and regulatory advice. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. *Draft or review and negotiate all contracts, including without limitation, confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts, deposit-related agreements, treasury related agreements, loan agreements and other agreements to which Bank is a party.
